the archive(s): issue no. 6 - the apple of your eye

issue 6 was launched at "the electric tractor", which is closing soon (Summer of 2005). how many memories will it take with it? aside from countless shows, like Duchess Says and Japanther... well, how 'bout Graham Van Pelt and Greg Smith, 2 singer-songwriters, and a selection of readings for "the apple of your eye", to be precise: J Martinson, Kendall Defoe, Jordan NA Fouts, Jen Goldman, Ilya Zaychik, and Daniel Spitzberg. Ah, well, we're glad to have been a part of Tractor history. By the way - Jack Dylan and company, resident writers and artists, publish a 'zine by the name of "Park Towers", which is steaming towards issue #8. Submit/ Get info at parktowers@hotmail.com... so if you know what it means to be 'in', 'hip', or 'with it', go to the Electric Tractor (6674 de l'Esplanade) before they run out of lease, July. Update: They relocated to Friendship Cove in 2007.
